how many credit take unlock j327t1

Hi !

I can not unlock J327T1, main problem is after rebooting and supposed to do the SU check
I loss modem port and diagnostic, basically computer can not see my phone, and then after it fails
when I log out, the ports automatically comes back

Why ?

Uninstall HTC Sync , Mobile GO
Make sure There is no Android software try to contact to your Phone !!!

This computer is clean and is dedicated only to SAMKEY tool,
Computer specs:

Windows 7 32 bit

I have restarted the computer several times, there is no usb drivers conflict whatsover
is there any special usb drivers required? other than samsung drivers ?
